Seth Menachem, MA, LMFT
Individuals, Couples, Families, Groups.
My goals as a therapist are to help you understand your history, recognize patterns in your life, resolve your inner conflicts, and live authentically. I am a psychodynamically-oriented therapist, with an array of clients, many of whom come into my office because of transitional life issues, as well as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I did my training at Beit T'Shuvah, an inpatient addiction facility, working with a variety of clients--some coming from a life of privilege; others who are formerly incarcerated residents on alternative sentencing. I also worked at Creative Care, an inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation facility specializing in co-occurring disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar, and borderline personality.
I currently work with individuals, couples, and groups in private practice. I know how difficult choosing a therapist may be, and I appreciate you thinking about working with me. If you have any questions, I am available for a free phone consultation: 323-524-3868
