Seth Menachem, MA, LMFT
Individuals, Couples, Families, Groups.
My goals as a therapist are to help you understand your history, recognize patterns in your life, resolve your inner conflicts, and find your "truth." I am a psychodynamically-oriented therapist, with an array of clients, many of whom come into my office because of transitional life issues, as well as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I spent my years as a trainee at Beit T'Shuvah, an inpatient addiction facility, working with a variety of clients--some coming from a life of privilege; others who are formerly incarcerated residents on alternative sentencing.
I currently work with individuals, couples, and therapy groups. I split my time between seeing clients in private practice and at Creative Care, a residential treatment program focused on co-occurring disorders. I know how difficult choosing a therapist may be, and I appreciate you thinking about working with me. If you have any questions, I am available for a free phone consultation: 323-524-3868
